Valdozende's supporters rose to their feet, but Duarte Morais was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armindo Araújo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Valdozende booed when Torroes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristóvão Jesus didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 64 played minutes, Valdozende's Amílcar Guerreiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Armindo Araújo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Valdozende reached it. Cristóvão Jesus's late challenge caught a Valdozende's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristóvão Jesus helped the player get up and apologised. Cristóvão Jesus kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Catarino Gomes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lourenço Tavares showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 73 minute of play. Armindo Araújo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Morais in the 78th minute of play. Armindo Araújo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Coelho in the 79th minute of the match. Hélder Teixeira who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Catarino Gomes when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
