Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mariano Barbosa started the match with the kick off. Mariano Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Cristiano Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Aboboda booed when SC Alcheriubem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Catarino Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, David Fonseca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Simão Queirós. Aboboda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Fonseca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. David Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Queirós having to interfere. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Aboboda's goalkeeper Simão Queirós, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristiano Luz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rogério Gonçalves charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rogério Gonçalves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rogério Gonçalves hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. When Rogério Garcia came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Aboboda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rogério Garcia couldn't finish the play. If David Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mariano Barbosa might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristiano Luz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Barbosa ran back to his position shaking his head. If Rogério Garcia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Mariano Barbosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 45 minutes of play, Aboboda's Rogério Garcia made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristiano Luz was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The wind increased when David Fonseca made the kick off in the second half. Rogério Garcia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simão Queirós showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Fonseca in the 62nd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Cristiano Luz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bento Faro charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bento Faro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 71st minute Mariano Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Luz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the SC Alcheriubem defense, Mariano Barbosa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cristiano Luz. The SC Alcheriubem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cristiano Luz should have stopped the shot. Rogério Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Luz having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joaquim Sousa during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd minute, one of Aboboda:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Aboboda. In the 86th minute there was a penalty for SC Alcheriubem. Bruno Fonseca stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Simão Queirós. 2-2. Simão Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bento Faro in the 92nd minute of play. Mariano Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Luz having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Aboboda's goal looked a bit too open when David Fonseca came free, but Simão Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
