Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Vicente Monteiro started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After having played for 3 minutes, Heitor Assis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cadorcas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heitor Assis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Júlio Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute, SC Azabuxo's Rogério Gonçalves seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Rogério Gonçalves the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of SC Azabuxo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Rogério Gonçalves had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for SC Azabuxo! With a little luck, Cadorcas FC's Paulo Maia got control of the ball when Bruno Moura tried to sneak it across the goal line. Heitor Assis scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henrique Anjos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 30 minutes, Júlio Leite managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cadorcas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Júlio Leite was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th play minute Bruno Moura came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Paulo Maia. 1-2. If Rodrigo Lopes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, João Paiva took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Paulo Maia to make any attempt to save it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Júlio Leite made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Cadorcas FC's Júlio Leite sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henrique Anjos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. SC Azabuxo's Henrique Anjos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Leite in the 62nd minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Domingos Anjos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cadorcas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Azabuxo the free kick. Domingos Anjos hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Bruno Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Maia having to interfere. Henrique Anjos made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Heitor Assis sent off a good shot on target. SC Azabuxo's Henrique Anjos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save SC Azabuxo from getting a goal against them. Nuno Resende fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrique Anjos having to interfere. Bruno Moura struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Paulo Maia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Azabuxo.
