Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lourenço Ribeiro got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lourenço Ribeiro in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Júlio Moura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cláudio Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Fernando Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vasco Martins struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Fernando Brito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrocal FC. The supporters of Barrocal FC booed when SC Nozedo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armindo Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute, Cláudio Barbosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 13th minute of the match Manuel Simões shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Júlio Moura showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 14 played minutes SC Nozedo got a freekick which was hit by Armindo Amorim. After a defensive mix-up in SC Nozedo's zone, Cláudio Barbosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Brito came out of the goal and Cláudio Barbosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Barrocal FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Jacinto Azevedo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandre Fonseca in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Júlio Moura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 26th minute, Armindo Amorim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute, Nuno Teixeira sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and SC Nozedo's Fernando Brito didn't even have to move. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Vasco Martins managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrocal FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Vasco Martins was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Brito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vasco Martins's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fernando Brito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Cláudio Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Brito having to interfere. After 42 played minutes Barrocal FC got a freekick which was hit by Delfim Amaral.

The wind increased when Cláudio Barbosa made the kick off in the second half. If Vasco Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Brito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cláudio Barbosa's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. After having played for 56 minutes, Lourenço Ribeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Nozedo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lourenço Ribeiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Barrocal FC's zone, Alexandre Fonseca stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Júlio Moura came out of the goal and Alexandre Fonseca tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vasco Martins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute Vasco Martins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Brito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to SC Nozedo getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Armindo Amorim hit a great ball. If Vasco Martins had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cláudio Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernando Brito having to interfere. Fernando Brito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasco Martins in the 77th minute of play. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by SC Nozedo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nuno Teixeira was slow to take the kick. During this time Barrocal FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Barrocal FC's Nuno Teixeira to fire away a dangerous shot which Fernando Brito despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jacinto Azevedo's late challenge caught a SC Nozedo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacinto Azevedo helped the player get up and apologised. Jacinto Azevedo hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Lourenço Ribeiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Nozedo's goalkeeper Fernando Brito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fernando Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vasco Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Barrocal FC's Júlio Moura proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Barrocal FC from getting a goal against them. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
