Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Marco Pereira made the kick off which started today's match. Marco Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Américo Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Marco Pereira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Américo Carvalho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 19 minutes into the game, Cândido Pinheiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Freixeda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Merguinhos the free kick. A collision led to SC Freixeda getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Cândido Pinheiro hit a great ball. In the 20th minute of the match Carlos Valente sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Américo Carvalho skillfully saved the ball. Óscar Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Óscar Neves in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Américo Carvalho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute, Marco Pereira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Américo Carvalho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After having played for 39 minutes, Rogério Luz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Freixeda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogério Luz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Óscar Neves came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Merguinhos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Óscar Neves couldn't finish the play. The SC Freixeda players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Merguinhos were winning 0-3.

After 51 played minutes Merguinhos got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Gomes. When Rogério Luz came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the SC Freixeda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rogério Luz couldn't finish the play. 56 minutes into the match, SC Freixeda's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Pereira came free, but Américo Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Óscar Nevess short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Américo Carvalho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 59th minute, SC Freixeda's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Óscar Neves fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. SC Freixeda's attack was well implemented in the 61st minute, but when Gabriel Carvalho was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Gabriel Carvalho put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Eduardo Leal. SC Freixeda's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marco Pereira 67 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-4. Eduardo Leal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rogério Luz's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. The supporters of SC Freixeda booed when Merguinhos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 80 minutes, Rogério Luz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 91st match minute, SC Freixeda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Matos to maneuver through the defense. If Gabriel Carvalho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the game, David Valente was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Merguinhos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Freixeda the free kick.
