Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jaime Abreu took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Gafete getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Ricardo Ramos hit a great ball. In the 8thth minute of the game Miguel Porto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gafete's Tiago Freitas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Gafete booed when Segude was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristóvão Pedroso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo Pereira was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Abel Bessa. Francisco Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Pereira having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Humberto Campos in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Pereira saved Segude from getting behind. 31 minutes into the game, Francisco Silva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Paulo Pereira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 35 minutes into the match, Segude's goalkeeper Paulo Pereira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Silva. Jaime Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Freitas having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Abreu in the 42nd minute of play forced Gafete's goalkeeper Tiago Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tiago Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Abreu in the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Alexandre Castro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gafete's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Segude the free kick. In the 44th match minute, Gafete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexandre Castro to maneuver through the defense. If Miguel Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Humberto Campos to make the kick off. Segude's Paulo Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Silva in the 52nd minute of play. Paulo Pereira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Campos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Pereira having to interfere. Miguel Porto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Tiago Freitas made a huge save. If Jaime Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre Castro hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Jaime Abreu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Tiago Freitas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiago Freitas made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Miguel Porto sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th minute, Humberto Campos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulo Pereira was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Segude's Paulo Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Campos in the 83rd minute of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Francisco Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gafete's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Silva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Francisco Silva took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Pereira. Paulo Pereira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. If Humberto Campos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gafete's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
