Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 2nd minute, Xavier Amaral hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mário Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusébio Pinto having to interfere. In the 8thth minute of the game Eusébio Santarém who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Ouca's Jorge Soares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rui Barbosa hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Adolfo Pinho sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Currelos's Eusébio Pinto didn't even have to move. Currelos's Eusébio Pinto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Currelos from getting a goal against them. After taking down the ball on SC Ouca's corner Adolfo Pinho fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eusébio Pinto quite easily take care of the ball. Mário Cruz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eusébio Pinto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. A collision led to Currelos getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Adelino Paiva hit a great ball. If Miguel Paredes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusébio Santarém received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Jorge Soares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute Miguel Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 minutes, Paulo Lima mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Currelos and the SC Ouca players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes Currelos got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Lima. The attack was good, but when Mário Cruz in the 38th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Miguel Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Soares having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in SC Ouca's zone, Eusébio Santarém stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Soares came out of the goal and Eusébio Santarém tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Eusébio Santarém managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Currelos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusébio Santarém was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Mário Cruz made the kick off in the second half. Eusébio Pinto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Coelho in the 52nd minute of the match. After 53 played minutes Currelos got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Lima. After a rather tough play, Currelos's Eusébio Morais got a free kick in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the game, Mário Cruz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Eusébio Pinto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Mário Cruz came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the SC Ouca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mário Cruz couldn't finish the play. 64 minutes into the game, Rui Barbosa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Currelos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Ouca the free kick. Xavier Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Eusébio Pinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Currelos's goal looked a bit too open when Mário Cruz came free, but Eusébio Pinto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Mário Cruz sped through Currelos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eusébio Pinto. Xavier Amaral was shown his second yellow card after 76 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 77th match minute, SC Ouca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavier Amaral to maneuver through the defense. During the 78th minute of the match Paulo Lima completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Paulo Lima a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. 81 minutes into the game, Eusébio Santarém cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Jorge Soares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Diamantino Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the game's 85th minute Currelos's Carlos Domingues took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Jorge Soares and thus the score was 2-2. SC Ouca succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Currelos had controlled the match.
