Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Viriato Neto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Matos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th match minute, SC Toucinhos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Cruz to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Campos in the 10th minute of play forced SC Toucinhos's goalkeeper Afonso Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Rui Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cercadas's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Barros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonso Costa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SC Toucinhos's Afonso Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Campos in the 14th minute of play. When Cercadas's Hugo Campos in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Toucinhos's goalie prevented a goal. If Hugo Campos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rui Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugo Campos might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Afonso Costa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hugo Campos ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in SC Toucinhos's zone, Rui Barros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afonso Costa came out of the goal and Rui Barros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 35 minutes into the match, Rui Barros notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of SC Toucinhos's Afonso Costa. Afonso Costa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tomás Esteves hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After 43 played minutes SC Toucinhos got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Cruz. Afonso Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Campos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rui Barros's late challenge caught a SC Toucinhos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rui Barros helped the player get up and apologised. After the first half Cercadas were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rui Barros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Viriato Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Artur Matos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viriato Neto in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Matos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Afonso Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rui Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Toucinhos's goalkeeper Afonso Costa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Hugo Campos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hugo Campos got free with Afonso Costa in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Viriato Neto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Artur Matos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artur Matos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armindo Moniz in the 85th minute of play. Artur Matos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armindo Moniz in the 87th minute of the match. The corner ended in Adolfo Viegas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SC Toucinhos's Afonso Costa did a great save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cercadas had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
