Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Filipe Leal started the match with the kick off. Macaira's Vicente Dantas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Macaira from getting a goal against them. In the 10th match minute, Macaira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raul Resende to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filipe Leal in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Dantas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vicente Dantas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Filipe Leal's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Rocha in the 19th minute of play forced Carrascos FC's goalkeeper Carlos Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carrascos FC's Carlos Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogério Fonseca in the 25th minute of play. Carlos Almeida showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Júlio Rocha in the 28th minute of the match. Rogério Fonseca might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Almeida. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rogério Fonseca ran back to his position shaking his head. Filipe Leal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Dantas having to interfere. In the 40th minute Júlio Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Dantas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filipe Leal in the 43rd minute of play. If Júlio Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Júlio Rocha made the kick off in the second half. If Filipe Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Gustavo Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute Júlio Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Almeida saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Dantas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Miranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 played minutes Macaira got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Matos. If Gustavo Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute Filipe Leal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Dantas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rogério Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
