Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Júlio Rocha made the kick off which started today's match. Manuel Carvalho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Vicente Dantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 6th match minute, Macaira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Domingues to maneuver through the defense. Rogério Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Diamantino Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teixeiro FC's Manuel Carvalho got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rogério Fonseca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diamantino Vaz having to interfere. Gustavo Leal hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Rocha in the 28th minute of play forced Teixeiro FC's goalkeeper Diamantino Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Júlio Rocha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Júlio Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 37 minutes into the match, Macaira's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Carvalho came free, but Vicente Dantas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Dantas came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Teixeiro FC's Miguel Moniz. But to his dismay, Miguel Moniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gonçalo Pereira during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gonçalo Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Miguel Moniz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vicente Dantas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Moniz in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 56th minute Júlio Rocha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diamantino Vaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Dantas made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Manuel Carvalho sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Macaira booed when Teixeiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amílcar Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Teixeiro FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! In the 90th minute there was a penalty for Macaira. Raul Resende stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Diamantino Vaz. 1-1. Raul Resende recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Diamantino Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Resende in the 98th minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
