Jorge Castro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Leão having to interfere. The SC Bandorreira fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. SC Bandorreira's Luís Guarda got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Daniel Porto fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Francelos FC's Paulo Santarém got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sebastião Garcia charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastião Garcia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Francelos FC's Sebastião Garcia got a free kick in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the match, SC Bandorreira's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Porto came free, but Joel Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute of the match Francelos FC got a corner. SC Bandorreira's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jacinto Brás ran over to the corner to take the kick. Artur Domingues made a great header on Francelos FC's corner, it was just that SC Bandorreira's Joel Neto managed to reach the ball for a save. After the first half SC Bandorreira were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jorge Castro made a kick off. Luís Guarda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, Luís Guarda notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Francelos FC's Rafael Leão. Rafael Leão was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 65 minutes into the match, Francelos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Castro came free, but Rafael Leão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Jorge Castro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafael Leão was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Joel Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Santarém, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Guardas short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Rafael Leão to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 80 minutes into the game, Paulo Santarém cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Joel Neto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luís Guarda kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, SC Bandorreira's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Porto came free, but Joel Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francelos FC's Rafael Leão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Francelos FC from getting a goal against them. Luís Guarda succeeded in the game's 97th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-4.
