Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bento Neves got the match started through his kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Branco in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albertino Borba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 6 minutes, Carlos Moutinho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With an all-out effort, Eira's Carlos Moutinho threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bento Neves, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A hard shot 13 in the game by Cândido Sá from a close distance when the talented Carlos Moutinho managed to make a qualified save. SC Sarrape's players were relieved. Pedro Branco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Albertino Borba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albertino Borba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cândido Sá got free with Carlos Moutinho in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Sarrape's goalkeeper Carlos Moutinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 36 minutes of play, SC Sarrape's Pedro Branco made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albertino Borba was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carlos Moutinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bento Neves in the 40th minute of the match. Cândido Sás short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Carlos Moutinho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Catarino Moniz made a kick off. Cândido Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Carlos Moutinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Catarino Moniz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlos Moutinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cândido Sá, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Cândido Sá sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. One of Eira:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SC Sarrape:s goal. When the match had been going on for 79 minutes, SC Sarrape's Eusébio Lopes got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Albertino Borba. Carlos Moutinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bento Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Moutinho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cândido Sá went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Cândido Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Moutinho having to interfere. Bento Neves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Moutinho having to make a save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Sarrape walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
