Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mariano Carvalho took the kick off in the first half of the match. Miguel Aguiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Hugo Brito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Azevedo in the 7th minute of play forced Zibreira's goalkeeper Nuno Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artur Mota struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Nuno Martins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Regato. Filipe Setúbal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuno Martins stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Afonso Azevedo's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Artur Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Martins having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Azevedo in the 15th minute of play forced Zibreira's goalkeeper Nuno Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nuno Martins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Bruno Queirós hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Zibreira's Mariano Carvalho got a free kick in the 28th minute. Mariano Carvalho might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Brito. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Carvalho ran back to his position shaking his head. Mariano Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Brito having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Afonso Azevedo was the one to do the kick off. Cândido Abreu hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Hugo Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Aguiar in the 53rd minute of the match. After 55 minutes, Vítor Garcia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Regato and the Zibreira players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vítor Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Miguel Aguiar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 65 played minutes SC Regato got a freekick which was hit by Albertino Alves. After a defensive mix-up in Zibreira's zone, Artur Mota stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Martins came out of the goal and Artur Mota tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lourenço Esteves hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. A collision led to Zibreira getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Bruno Queirós hit a great ball. Nuno Martins acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 72nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Albertino Alves. After some careless play in the SC Regato defense, Mariano Carvalho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Brito. The SC Regato fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Brito should have stopped the shot. When Miguel Aguiar came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Zibreira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Aguiar couldn't finish the play. 88 minutes into the match, Zibreira's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso Azevedo came free, but Nuno Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Martins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Afonso Azevedo went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 92 minutes, André Fontes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Regato and the Zibreira players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in SC Regato fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 92nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Zibreira a penalty, 94 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Joaquim Dias, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of SC Regato's Hugo Brito. 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the SC Regato players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Zibreira.
