Simão Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristóvão Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 9th minute SC Represas were awarded a corner. André Monteiro went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Cristóvão Andrade managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The supporters of SC Represas booed when Restolinho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Hugo Luz could shoot a difficult shot in the 12th minute, which Simão Machado however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Luz in the 14th minute of play forced Restolinho FC's goalkeeper Simão Machado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Restolinho FC's Heitor Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute Cristóvão Andrade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simão Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, SC Represas's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Viana came free, but Lucas Torres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Viana scored 0-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas Torres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vasco Costa's late challenge caught a Restolinho FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 38 minutes, João Silva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Represas and the Restolinho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. João Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Heitor Fonseca scored 0-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lucas Torres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Simão Machado was a little too slow when Cristóvão Andrade got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucas Viana was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes, Lucas Viana made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. SC Represas's Lucas Torres tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Heitor Fonseca got free with Lucas Torres in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 60 minutes into the match, Lucas Viana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucas Torres. SC Represas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucas Viana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. The audience was convinced that Heitor Fonseca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucas Torres was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 68th minute, Emílio Moutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vítor Correia hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Heitor Fonseca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Freitas's late challenge caught a Restolinho FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Heitor Pires hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Hugo Luz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Machado having to interfere. When José Morais fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Restolinho FC's protests and gave José Morais a yellow card for diving instead. After 82 played minutes Restolinho FC got a freekick which was hit by José Morais. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Represas's goalkeeper Lucas Torres, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. David Freitas hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 92 minutes into the match, Cristóvão Andrade had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Simão Machado. Restolinho FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristóvão Andrade was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Restolinho FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
