Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Ferraria's Paulo Pacheco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Gorgoco's Ricardo Campos seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ricardo Campos the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Gorgoco protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ricardo Campos had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 2nd minute, one of Gorgoco:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gorgoco. Paulo Jesus shot the penalty kick right outside the post. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Paulo Jesus sped through Gorgoco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gil Rocha. After 9 minutes of play, Ferraria's Paulo Pacheco made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gil Rocha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Basílio Fernandes in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Francisco Jesus, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Ferraria's Manuel Correia got a free kick in the 14th minute. Ricardo Simões fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gil Rocha having to interfere. Basílio Fernandes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulo Pacheco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Gil Rocha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Basílio Fernandes made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Ferraria got a freekick which was hit by Rodrigo Carvalho. Gil Rocha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ricardo Simões in the 60th minute. Basílio Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Francisco Jesus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ferraria's Manuel Correia got a free kick in the 66th minute. 74 minutes into the match, Ferraria's goal looked a bit too open when Basílio Fernandes came free, but Francisco Jesus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 76 minutes, Basílio Fernandes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gorgoco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basílio Fernandes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee gave Gorgoco a penalty, 82 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Oliveira Branco, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ferraria's Francisco Jesus. 1-2. 85 minutes into the game, Fernando Alves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gorgoco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ferraria the free kick. In the 85th minute, Fernando Alves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Ricardo Simões took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Gil Rocha to make any attempt to save it. Rodrigo Carvalho charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigo Carvalho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rodrigo Carvalho hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Gorgoco's Fernando Alves suffered a sore knee after 90 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Manuel Correia got his second yellow card in the match during the 90th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 92nd minute, Manuel Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the game, Simão Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gorgoco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ferraria the free kick. Basílio Fernandes struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Francisco Jesus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gorgoco. Ferraria's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
