Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eduardo Andrade in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastião Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eduardo Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastião Reis having to interfere. Temadias's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Brito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, SC Lombinha's goal looked a bit too open when Gustavo Pereira came free, but Humberto Domingues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Temadias booed when SC Lombinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simão Pacheco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Gustavo Pereira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto Domingues. SC Lombinha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustavo Pereira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 67th minute of the match Joel Antunes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Humberto Domingues skillfully saved the ball. SC Lombinha's Humberto Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Brito in the 71st minute of play. After 88 minutes, Inácio Guerreiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Lombinha and the Temadias players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Brito in the 90th minute of play forced SC Lombinha's goalkeeper Humberto Domingues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mário Nogueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Humberto Domingues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armando Pires went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. SC Lombinha's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Temadias had won, even though SC Lombinha had held more of the ball.
