Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alexandre Correia took the kick off in the first half of the match. Catarino Moreira's late challenge caught a Mamporcao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Catarino Moreira helped the player get up and apologised. After 4 played minutes Ramalho got a freekick which was hit by Catarino Moreira. Jorge Macedo made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Óscar Barros sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Mamporcao booed when Ramalho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adelino Araújo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Óscar Barros's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 8thth minute, Jorge Macedo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 9 minutes into the match, Alexandre Correia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafael Machado. Mamporcao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexandre Correia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Pedro Amaral fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mamporcao's protests and gave Pedro Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th match minute, Mamporcao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Amaral to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Mamporcao's goal looked a bit too open when José Coelho came free, but Rafael Machado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexandre Correia in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafael Machado saved Mamporcao from getting behind. Óscar Barros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amílcar Vaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jorge Macedo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Ramalho were winning 0-1.
Rafael Machado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandre Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Mamporcao's Pedro Amaral got his second yellow card of the match in the 59th minute. The referee ordered Pedro Amaral off the ground. A collision led to Mamporcao getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Pedro Amaral hit a great ball. Ramalho's Cristiano Fonseca couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mamporcao. In the 67th match minute, Mamporcao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Tavares to maneuver through the defense. José Coelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Rafael Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramalho's Alexandre Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Adelino Araújo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. With a little luck, Mamporcao's Rafael Machado got control of the ball when José Coelho tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Alexandre Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ramalho's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandre Correia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafael Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If José Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alexandre Correia might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafael Machado. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alexandre Correia ran back to his position shaking his head. The Mamporcao fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ramalho were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
