Vítor Pacheco made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Júlio Cardoso sent off a good shot on target. 71 minutes into the match, SC Corveira's Rui Silva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vítor Pacheco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that António Henriques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexandre Andrade was relentless in the 79th minute of the game.
