Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nuno Correia made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute of the match Gustavo Costa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Humberto Leiria showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. SC Medonha's Álvaro Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Correia in the 8th minute of play. Bernardo Delgado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Humberto Leiria made a huge save. In the 18th minute of the match Argova FC got a corner. SC Medonha's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. António Delgado ran over to the corner to take the kick. António Delgado made a great header on Argova FC's corner, it was just that SC Medonha's Álvaro Pedroso managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 19th minute, João Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustavo Costa hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Nuno Correia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Álvaro Pedroso was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. In the 27th minute, SC Medonha's Carlos Teixeira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The audience was convinced that Nuno Correia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Álvaro Pedroso was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Gonçalo Jesus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Álvaro Pedroso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Filipe Monteiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonçalo Jesus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuno Correia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Álvaro Pedroso having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Teixeira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luís Fontes struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Álvaro Pedroso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Argova FC. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Medonha's goalkeeper Álvaro Pedroso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Argova FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. António Delgado hit a great ball. Miguel Oliveira, 61 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Humberto Leiria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Delgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SC Medonha's zone, Gonçalo Jesus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Álvaro Pedroso came out of the goal and Gonçalo Jesus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 69 played minutes Argova FC got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Nunes. Bernardo Delgado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Humberto Leiria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Delgado in the 79th minute of play. Argova FC's Humberto Leiria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Teixeira in the 82nd minute of play. Nuno Nunes hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After 88 minutes, Carlos Teixeira made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Argova FC's Humberto Leiria tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
