Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Alfredo Leão started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Nuno Delgado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélder Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute of the match Carlos Nogueira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nuno Delgado skillfully saved the ball. Paulo Valente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the match, Cochoes's Mário Melo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henrique Carneiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 15 minutes of play, Ouguela FC's Hélder Monteiro made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nuno Delgado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Henrique Carneiro made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Mário Melo sent off a good shot on target. In the 24th minute Hélder Monteiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Delgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuno Delgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Leão in the 28th minute of the match. If Alfredo Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Júlio Dias's late challenge caught a Cochoes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Júlio Dias helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st match minute, Ouguela FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio Dias to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute Alfredo Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Delgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ouguela FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Bernardo Assunção hit a great ball. Augusto Alves's late challenge caught a Ouguela FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Alves helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in Cochoes's zone, Hélder Monteiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Delgado came out of the goal and Hélder Monteiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 44 minutes into the match, Ouguela FC's Alfredo Leão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nuno Delgado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulo Valente was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute Paulo Valente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrique Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Lima hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After having played for 65 minutes, Bernardo Assunção managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ouguela FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Assunção was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hélder Monteiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Delgado having to interfere. Nuno Delgado came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ouguela FC's Hélder Monteiro. But to his dismay, Hélder Monteiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Hélder Monteiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Delgado having to interfere. Francisco Alves charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Francisco Alves the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th match minute, Cochoes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Alves to maneuver through the defense. Ouguela FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
