In the 31st match minute, Cansados FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Coelho to maneuver through the defense. Ricardo Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from André Araújo in the 33rd minute of play. Raivo's Jorge Neto suffered a concussion after 33 minutes and had to leave the field. In the 34th minute, Nuno Nogueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raivo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Esteves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ricardo Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Esteves in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of Cansados FC booed when Raivo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amílcar Melo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miguel Setúbal in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Pinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Américo Faro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 96thth minute tested the skills of Ricardo Pinho when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cansados FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
