Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jacinto Baptista kicked off to start the match. Sandro Leiria made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Tavares in the 5th minute. In the 5th minute, David Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, Perlinhas FC's Carlos Tavares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandro Leiria narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 8 minutes, Xavier Dantas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fornelo FC and the Perlinhas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Perlinhas FC's Jacinto Baptista in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fornelo FC's goalie prevented a goal. 17 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fornelo FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gaspar Sá was slow to take the kick. During this time Perlinhas FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Perlinhas FC's corner Gaspar Sá fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sandro Leiria quite easily take care of the ball. Tiago Lima sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sandro Leiria made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Tavares in the 24th minute. Sandro Leiria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Baptista, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Carlos Tavares in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sandro Leiria, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 35th minute, Vasco Delgado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fornelo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Vasco Delgado struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Rodrigo Pedroso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fornelo FC. Perlinhas FC's Rodrigo Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Lima in the 40th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vasco Delgado was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th play minute Tiago Lima came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rodrigo Pedroso. 0-3. After 61 minutes of play, Perlinhas FC's Jacinto Baptista made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sandro Leiria was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 67th match minute, Fornelo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Leal to maneuver through the defense. Gaspar Sá took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sandro Leiria. Fornelo FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 68 minutes of play Fornelo FC's Xavier Dantas was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Fornelo FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Xavier Dantas hit a great ball. In the 71st match minute, Perlinhas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Tavares to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Tavares was in a good position and ended up with the ball after Perlinhas FC's free kick, but he didn't get a good hit on the ball and blazed it high and to the right of the goal. In the 73rd minute Jacinto Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Leiria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Tiago Lima got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tiago Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Pedroso having to interfere. If Tiago Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the game, Jacinto Baptista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Sandro Leiria was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 95th minute, Jacinto Baptista ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sandro Leiria was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Fornelo FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
