Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when António Viegas made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the game, Nuno Ramos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Romao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Corotelo the free kick. Nuno Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Setúbal having to interfere. A collision led to Corotelo getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Fábio Barbosa hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Corotelo's goal looked a bit too open when António Viegas came free, but Nuno Setúbal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If António Viegas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sandro Neto was a little too slow when Emanuel Pires got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 2-0. 2-1 became the score in the 31st minute when António Viegas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Sebastião Azevedo charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastião Azevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th match minute, Romao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastião Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fernando Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sandro Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Pires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernando Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Neto having to interfere. Emanuel Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emanuel Pires was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Nuno Ramos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. In the 53rdth minute of the game Emanuel Pires who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Romao's Sandro Neto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fernando Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Neto having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Óscar Moura had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nuno Setúbal. Corotelo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Óscar Moura was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Emanuel Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Sandro Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastião Matias kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Corotelo's Emanuel Pires sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandro Neto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, José Henriques hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Emanuel Pires got free in front of the goal in the 83rd minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Sandro Neto was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Nuno Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Corotelo's Bernardo Alves couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 86th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Romao. Fernando Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 91 minutes, Emanuel Pires managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corotelo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Pires was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fernando Brito struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Sandro Neto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corotelo. When the referee ended the match the Corotelo players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
