Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Vitoria FC's Cristóvão Gaspar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Silva in the 9th minute of play. António Carneiro kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Marco Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Cristóvão Gaspar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Nuno Coimbra came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Vitoria FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nuno Coimbra couldn't finish the play. Nuno Marques hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Marco Silva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristóvão Gaspar having to interfere. Cristóvão Gaspar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. If Marco Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Daniel Dantas came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Vitoria FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Dantas couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute Bruno Simões shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristóvão Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Dantas in the 46th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Dantas was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Romariz FC's zone, Daniel Dantas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Borges came out of the goal and Daniel Dantas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Bruno Simões could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Cristóvão Gaspar however easily saved by the left post. 61 minutes into the match, Vitoria FC's goalkeeper Cristóvão Gaspar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bruno Simões. After a rather tough play, Vitoria FC's Simão Guarda got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Romariz FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Dantas came free, but Carlos Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristóvão Gaspar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Simões in the 68th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Romariz FC's zone, Nuno Coimbra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Borges came out of the goal and Nuno Coimbra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Nuno Coimbra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Romariz FC's goalkeeper Carlos Borges, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 83 minutes, Amílcar Barros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Romariz FC and the Vitoria FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 84 played minutes Romariz FC got a freekick which was hit by Amílcar Barros. Carlos Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Dantas in the 85th minute of the match. Nuno Coimbra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Daniel Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daniel Dantas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Borges having to make a save. Nuno Coimbra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Carlos Borges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
