Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Jorge Coimbra started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Joaquim Veiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Cabral having to interfere. When Manuel Teixeira came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Berlengas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Teixeira couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Berlengas FC's Bruno Leal got a free kick in the 19th minute. Jorge Coimbra kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When Manuel Teixeira, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 22 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Pedro Cabral was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Berlengas FC's Bruno Leal got a free kick in the 25th minute. If Amílcar Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of SC Negreda booed when Berlengas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mariano Faria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amílcar Branco in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Álvaro Carneiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Álvaro Carneiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jorge Coimbra's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amílcar Branco in the 47th minute of play forced Berlengas FC's goalkeeper Álvaro Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Joaquim Veiga made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Berlengas FC's Jacinto Rocha got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Fábio Branco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the game, one of Berlengas FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Manuel Teixeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Cabral having to interfere. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC Negreda's goalkeeper Pedro Cabral, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 72 minutes, Joaquim Veiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berlengas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquim Veiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 76th minute, Amílcar Branco made a precise shot to the right of Álvaro Carneiro. Berlengas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Lourenço Paredes charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lourenço Paredes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st match minute, Berlengas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lourenço Paredes to maneuver through the defense. If Amílcar Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Berlengas FC's Álvaro Carneiro got control of the ball when Amílcar Branco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jorge Coimbra scored 0-2 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Álvaro Carneiro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC Negreda walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
