Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ricardo Pinheiro took the kick off in the first half of the match. Augusto Santarém fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliveira Domingues having to interfere. Oliveira Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Leão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augusto Santarém during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th match minute, Giraldos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Santarém to maneuver through the defense. Oliveira Domingues came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Giraldos's Ricardo Pinheiro. But to his dismay, Ricardo Pinheiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Augusto Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 26 minutes, Ricardo Pinheiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Giraldos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardo Pinheiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Baptista having to interfere. Miguel Campos kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Basílio Assis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Basílio Assis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Tiago Baptista made a huge save. If Ricardo Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Oliveira Domingues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Leão in the 34th minute of the match. In the 39th minute of the match Viriato Carneiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tiago Baptista skillfully saved the ball. Oliveira Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricardo Pinheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and David Sousa made a kick off. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Ricardo Pinheiro sped through Mourisco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oliveira Domingues. When David Sousa came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Mourisco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Sousa couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardo Pinheiro in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oliveira Domingues saved Mourisco from getting behind. Ricardo Pinheiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Augusto Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basílio Assis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Baptista having to interfere. If Basílio Assis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Augusto Santarém was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 74 minutes had been played. Augusto Santarém hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. If Augusto Leão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mourisco's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adelino Figueiredo was slow to take the kick. During this time Giraldos's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Giraldos's corner Adelino Figueiredo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Oliveira Domingues quite easily take care of the ball. Augusto Leão might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oliveira Domingues. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Augusto Leão ran back to his position shaking his head. The Mourisco supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Giraldos's performance. The match ended with a win for Giraldos.
