The supporters of Lamegal booed when Pomarao FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filipe Faria didn't get a good kick on the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Gaspar Anjos notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Pomarao FC's Rafael Aleixo. Rafael Aleixo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eusébio Azevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Lamegal's zone, Rui Vale stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diogo Abreu came out of the goal and Rui Vale tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rui Vale in the 74th minute of play forced Lamegal's goalkeeper Diogo Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute, Eusébio Azevedo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 78 played minutes Pomarao FC got a freekick which was hit by Inácio Vieira. Gaspar Anjos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute.
