Gustavo Moreira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rodrigo Guarda showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Lapinhas's Adolfo Matias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Aleixo in the 15th minute of play. Adolfo Matias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Guerreiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Adolfo Matias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Guerreiro in the 22nd minute of the match. Rodrigo Guarda was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. Lapinhas's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Gustavo Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Guarda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexandre Nascimento scored 2-0 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustavo Moreira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gustavo Moreira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rui Dantas went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 41st minute, Alexandre Nascimento got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, SC Alandroal's Abel Barros got a free kick in the 42nd minute. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Alexandre Nascimento got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Abel Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

SC Alandroal's Gustavo Moreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Guarda in the 55th minute of play. Alexandre Nascimento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustavo Moreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Guarda in the 65th minute of play. Gustavo Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexandre Nascimento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to SC Alandroal getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Óscar Baptista hit a great ball. Gustavo Moreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Guarda in the 68th minute of play. Bernardo Aleixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, SC Alandroal's Adolfo Matias threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bernardo Aleixo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Armindo Freitas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lapinhas's supporters rose to their feet, but Armindo Freitas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustavo Moreira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexandre Nascimento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sandro Cruz hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Lapinhas defense, Hugo Guerreiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adolfo Matias. The Lapinhas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adolfo Matias should have stopped the shot. Hugo Guerreiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Matias having to interfere. Lapinhas were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SC Alandroal for a fine match.
