In the 4th minute, Vítor Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Inácio Melo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joaquim Gueifão in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristiano Rocha saved SC Requiao from getting behind. Viriato Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Vítor Queirós's late challenge caught a Moimentos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vítor Queirós helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes SC Requiao got a freekick which was hit by Vítor Queirós. In the 27th minute David Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inácio Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 played minutes SC Requiao got a freekick which was hit by Amadeu Fontes. Tiago Gonçalves struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Cristiano Rocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moimentos FC. After 30 minutes of play SC Requiao's Vítor Queirós was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Vítor Queirós hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. When Sandro Valente came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Moimentos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sandro Valente couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 35th minute by Sandro Valente got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. António Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed António Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. António Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

57 minutes into the match, SC Requiao's goal looked a bit too open when Sandro Valente came free, but Cristiano Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Requiao's Pedro Valente got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. David Porto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Moimentos FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Tiago Gonçalves hit a great ball. Pedro Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Melo having to interfere. After some careless play in the Moimentos FC defense, Duarte Ferro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Inácio Melo. The Moimentos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Inácio Melo should have stopped the shot. If Pedro Valente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of SC Requiao booed when Moimentos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. António Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristiano Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viriato Costa in the 80th minute of play. SC Requiao's Cristiano Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Gueifão in the 84th minute of play. Pedro Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inácio Melo having to interfere. SC Requiao's Cristiano Rocha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Gueifão in the 91st minute of play. Moimentos FC's Joaquim Gueifão got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sandro Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Rocha having to interfere. The SC Requiao players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Moimentos FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
