Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Manhente's Miguel Cardoso started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Emanuel Guerreiro hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eusébio Valente in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomás Aguiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Eusébio Valente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Massama's supporters rose to their feet, but Eusébio Valente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Aguiar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miguel Cardoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Bento Vaz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Massama's Eusébio Valente got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfredo Figueiredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Miguel Cardoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Rafael Soares notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Manhente's Tomás Aguiar. Tomás Aguiar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 36 minutes into the match, Massama's goalkeeper Bento Vaz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Figueiredo. Manhente's Tomás Aguiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Valente in the 38th minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Henrique Macedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Massama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manhente the free kick. After 42 played minutes Massama got a freekick which was hit by Henrique Macedo.
The wind increased when Rafael Soares made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Miguel Cardoso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bento Vaz was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 58th match minute, Manhente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Tomás Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Soares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bento Vaz having to interfere. Eusébio Valente recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Massama players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Manhente.
