Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Raul Delgado started the match with the kick off. Vítor Leão's late challenge caught a Pechins FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vítor Leão helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Esturaos defense, Abel Delgado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquim Martins. The Esturaos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquim Martins should have stopped the shot. Pechins FC's Alfredo Moutinho got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Alfredo Moutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Delgado in the 16th minute of play forced Pechins FC's goalkeeper Nuno Moniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pechins FC's zone, Filipe Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Moniz came out of the goal and Filipe Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raul Delgado struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Nuno Moniz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esturaos. In the 46th match minute, Esturaos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Guarda to maneuver through the defense. In the 48th minute Abel Delgado managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The supporters of Esturaos booed when Pechins FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hélder Ribeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Pechins FC's goalkeeper Nuno Moniz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Filipe Paiva. After a rather tough play, Pechins FC's Cristiano Assis got a free kick in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Delgado in the 65th minute of play forced Pechins FC's goalkeeper Nuno Moniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nuno Moniz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Delgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Alfredo Moutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Martins saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Alexandre Paiva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joaquim Martins was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Alfredo Ferreira hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Alfredo Moutinho put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Joaquim Martins. 82 minutes into the match, Esturaos's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Assis came free, but Joaquim Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquim Martins came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Pechins FC's Alfredo Moutinho. But to his dismay, Alfredo Moutinho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Esturaos's Joaquim Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Moutinho in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Moutinho in the 96th minute of play forced Esturaos's goalkeeper Joaquim Martins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pechins FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
