Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Luís Setúbal got the match started through his kick off. In the 13th minute Alexandre Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 13 played minutes Lombas got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Amaral. Pechins FC's Alexandre Paiva got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the game, Alfredo Moutinho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. André Pinheiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hélder Ribeiro hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Alexandre Paiva got in the 26th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but André Pinheiro handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredo Moutinho in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg André Pinheiro saved Lombas from getting behind. In the 34th minute of the match Sérgio Paiva sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nuno Moniz skillfully saved the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Lombas's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Paiva came free, but André Pinheiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 41 minutes, Alexandre Paiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pechins FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandre Paiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nuno Moniz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Setúbal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfredo Moutinho to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Abel Queirós was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lombas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pechins FC the free kick. In the 52nd minute, Abel Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 55 played minutes, Pechins FC's Abel Delgado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper André Pinheiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pechins FC reached it. In the 56th minute Alfredo Moutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Pinheiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Setúbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nuno Moniz having to interfere. Jaime Trindade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Luís Setúbal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nuno Moniz was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Trindade in the 65th minute of play forced Pechins FC's goalkeeper Nuno Moniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Alexandre Paiva notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Lombas's André Pinheiro. André Pinheiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luís Setúbal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Nuno Moniz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pechins FC's Nuno Moniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Setúbal in the 76th minute of play. Alexandre Paiva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. André Pinheiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Lombas's André Pinheiro got control of the ball when Alexandre Paiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandre Paiva got free with André Pinheiro in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luís Setúbal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Pechins FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
