Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Henrique Vieira started the match with the kick off. Alberto Correia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. José Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute Henrique Vieira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Teixeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Correia in the 9th minute of play. Alberto Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 14th minute, Vítor Aleixo sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and SC Ourique's José Teixeira didn't even have to move. 16 minutes into the match, SC Paradanta's Henrique Vieira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Teixeira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Joel Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Paradanta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Joel Carneiro scored to the left of an out of position Joaquim Moura, making the score, 1-0. In the 24th minute, José Gaspar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joaquim Moura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Carneiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 28 minutes, Alberto Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Paradanta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Correia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gil Pacheco hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Nuno Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Alberto Correia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Teixeira was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Nuno Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Joaquim Moura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nuno Melo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquim Moura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. If António Anjos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Joel Carneiro made the kick off in the second half. Joel Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Moura having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Henrique Vieira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SC Ourique's Joel Carneiro got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SC Paradanta's Joaquim Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Carneiro in the 74th minute of play. Joaquim Moura came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Ourique's Joel Carneiro. But to his dismay, Joel Carneiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in SC Ourique's zone, Henrique Vieira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Teixeira came out of the goal and Henrique Vieira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joaquim Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Carneiro in the 82nd minute of play. Nuno Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Henrique Vieira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gil Pacheco during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joaquim Moura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Carneiro in the 94th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the SC Paradanta players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for SC Ourique.
