Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Zedes FC's Cristiano Castro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristiano Castro in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Teixeira saved SC Ourique from getting behind. José Teixeira was a little too slow when Cristiano Castro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. Filipe Matias charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Filipe Matias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 16 minutes into the match, Zedes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Melo came free, but Eusébio Borba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Ourique's José Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Castro in the 20th minute of play. Eusébio Borba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Carneiro in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of SC Ourique booed when Zedes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diogo Machado didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Ourique's José Teixeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Castro in the 28th minute of play. Américo Monteiro kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Cristiano Castro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Viriato Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but José Teixeira made a huge save. 40 minutes into the game, one of SC Ourique:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Cândido Carvalho placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nuno Melo to make the kick off. Américo Monteiro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eusébio Borba came out and tried to block the shot, but Américo Monteiro slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 54th minute. Nuno Melo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Eusébio Borba skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Cristiano Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gil Pacheco kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the game, Diogo Machado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zedes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SC Ourique the free kick. In the 95th match minute, Zedes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Machado to maneuver through the defense.
