In the 24th minute, Raul Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augusto Brás was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Daniel Leiria capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Daniel Leiria really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Manuel Nascimento hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Artur Guarda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Tavares having to interfere. Marco Nunes struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Manuel Tavares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Ramela. Joaquim Ferreira charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joaquim Ferreira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SC Povoenca booed when SC Ramela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquim Ferreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Henrique Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

SC Povoenca were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of SC Ramela for a fine match.
