Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jorge Cunha started the match with the kick off. When Jorge Cunha came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Portelo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Cunha couldn't finish the play. Portelo FC's José Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso Fernandes in the 7th minute of play. When Inguias FC's Vítor Ferreira in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Portelo FC's goalie prevented a goal. Henrique Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandro Domingues having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Inguias FC's goalkeeper Sandro Domingues had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorge Cunha. 1-0 became the score in the 20th minute when Jorge Cunha elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 25thth minute of the game Vítor Ferreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portelo FC's José Lima was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alberto Faro might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over José Lima. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Faro ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 27th minute, Vítor Ferreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. José Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Faro, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 30th minute, Henrique Alves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jorge Cunha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sandro Domingues read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Afonso Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Inguias FC's Sandro Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Cunha in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vítor Ferreira was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Portelo FC's Rui Ferreira got a free kick in the 56th minute. Alberto Faro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but José Lima made a huge save. Jorge Cunha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Sandro Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Henrique Alves came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Portelo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henrique Alves couldn't finish the play. Henrique Alves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Sandro Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. João Andrade hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Henrique Viana struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Sandro Domingues didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Portelo FC. The supporters of Portelo FC booed when Inguias FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emílio Leal didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Portelo FC's Henrique Viana tried to score from far away in the 74th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Jorge Cunha sped through Inguias FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sandro Domingues. After having played for 87 minutes, Jorge Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portelo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Cunha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sandro Domingues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrique Alves in the 89th minute of play. Henrique Alves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Portelo FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
