A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, Cansados FC's goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Alves came free, but Rogério Guerreiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Henrique Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogério Guerreiro having to interfere. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Portelo FC! In the 20th minute, António Costa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Lima was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. José Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from António Costa in the 24th minute of play. Henrique Alves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Cansados FC's Fábio Pereira got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 38th minute, Jorge Cunha fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rogério Guerreiro, passed just outside the right post. António Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cansados FC's João Fernandes in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when João Fernandes got free with José Lima in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. João Fernandes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 56th playminute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henrique Alves in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rogério Guerreiro saved Cansados FC from getting behind. José Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from António Costa in the 66th minute of the match. Vítor Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. When António Costa came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Cansados FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that António Costa couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Portelo FC booed when Cansados FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fernando Teixeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rogério Guerreiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Óscar Faro's late challenge caught a Portelo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Óscar Faro helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cansados FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Óscar Faro hit a great ball. Jorge Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogério Guerreiro having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cansados FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
