Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hélder Setúbal made the kick off which started today's match. Hélder Setúbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Viegas having to interfere. Afonso Viegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélder Setúbal in the 12th minute of the match. Adelino Magalhães hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 20 minutes of play, Umbria FC's Adolfo Borges made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Barros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jorge Barros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexandre Lisboa in the 24th minute. Jorge Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Borges in the 26th minute of play. Hélder Setúbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Viegas having to interfere. Afonso Viegas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Dantas's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. 36 minutes into the match, Umbria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hélder Setúbal came free, but Afonso Viegas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Umbria FC's Adolfo Borges in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Corsas FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Corsas FC's zone, Adolfo Borges stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Barros came out of the goal and Adolfo Borges tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adolfo Borges to make the kick off. A collision led to Umbria FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Bento Leal hit a great ball. Óscar Mendes hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Bernardo Dantas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corsas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Dantas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonso Viegas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hélder Setúbal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Viegas having to interfere. If Hélder Setúbal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 67 played minutes Umbria FC got a freekick which was hit by Diamantino Azevedo. Hélder Setúbal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Afonso Viegas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Afonso Viegas managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when Corsas FC's Bernardo Dantas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Afonso Viegas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hélder Setúbal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Daniel Antunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Daniel Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Viegas having to interfere. In the 81st minute Diamantino Azevedo suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. During the 81st minute of the match Adelino Magalhães completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Adelino Magalhães a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 84th minute of the match Pedro Sousa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jorge Barros showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 86 minutes, José Rocha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Umbria FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Rocha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Umbria FC's Afonso Viegas got control of the ball when Bernardo Dantas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hélder Setúbal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Umbria FC's zone, Gonçalo Fontes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Afonso Viegas came out of the goal and Gonçalo Fontes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Bernardo Dantas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Umbria FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
