Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fábio Figueiredo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alexandre Magalhães made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Cristóvão Rodrigues sent off a good shot on target. Joaquim Barbosa hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After 9 played minutes Sarzedo got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Nogueira. Hélder Monteiro kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Sesimbra FC's Emanuel Miranda tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. David Lisboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fábio Figueiredo, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Hélder Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Lisboa having to interfere. If Fábio Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sarzedo's José Simões in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sesimbra FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sarzedo's zone, Hélder Leite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Lisboa came out of the goal and Hélder Leite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 34 minutes into the game, Sesimbra FC's Fábio Figueiredo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. David Lisboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. David Lisboa came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Sesimbra FC's Hélder Leite. But to his dismay, Hélder Leite quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Fernando Nogueira charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernando Nogueira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sarzedo's Fernando Nogueira got a free kick in the 40th minute. Emanuel Miranda's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by David Lisboa on his right side and into the goal. 41 minutes into the game it was 0-3. Cristóvão Rodrigues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Abel Gueifão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. José Simões was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, José Simões got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hélder Leite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but David Lisboa made a huge save. After having played for 63 minutes, José Simões managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sarzedo's supporters crossed their fingers, but José Simões was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Hélder Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Cristóvão Rodrigues got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Rui Sá fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sarzedo's protests and gave Rui Sá a yellow card for diving instead. David Lisboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fábio Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sarzedo's David Lisboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Sarzedo from getting a goal against them. After 77 played minutes Sarzedo got a freekick which was hit by Fernando Nogueira. If Hélder Leite had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sarzedo's Cristóvão Rodrigues got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st minute, José Nascimento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Cristóvão Rodrigues managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sarzedo's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristóvão Rodrigues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Magalhães breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Lisboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hélder Leite in the 87th minute. When Cristóvão Rodrigues came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Sarzedo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristóvão Rodrigues couldn't finish the play. Hélder Leites short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got David Lisboa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Sesimbra FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
