Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hugo Paredes started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Eusébio Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Assunção saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastião Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. David Lisboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Sebastião Oliveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carvalhosa's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastião Oliveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Lisboa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Taiao FC's David Lisboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Afonso Fonseca in the 12th minute of play. Sebastião Oliveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but David Lisboa made a huge save. David Lisboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute, Inácio Sá hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Paredes in the 22nd minute of play forced Carvalhosa's goalkeeper Pedro Assunção to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joaquim Carvalho during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 26 played minutes Taiao FC got a freekick which was hit by Joaquim Carvalho. Augusto Pedroso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pedro Assunção. Carvalhosa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Carvalhosa's Pedro Assunção played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Fonseca in the 38th minute of play. David Lisboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Afonso Fonseca in the 42nd minute of play. After having played for 48 minutes, Eusébio Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Taiao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusébio Fonseca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Afonso Fonseca to make the kick off. Pedro Assunção took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Paredes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 57 minutes, Eusébio Fonseca made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Carvalhosa's Pedro Assunção tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Eusébio Fonseca did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Pedro Assunção 61 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Afonso Fonseca during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Afonso Fonseca hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Carvalhosa's Pedro Assunção played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Paredes in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, António Borges was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carvalhosa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Taiao FC the free kick. In the 82nd minute, António Borges hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd minute, Hugo Paredes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 85th minute, Eusébio Fonseca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Taiao FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After 91 minutes, Inácio Sá mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Carvalhosa and the Taiao FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Carvalhosa's Inácio Sá got a free kick in the 91st minute. Joaquim Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Taiao FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
