Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Delfim Viegas started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Moreira got free with David Amaral in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emanuel Maia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Pedro Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Manuel Faria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nisa FC's zone, Delfim Viegas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Amaral came out of the goal and Delfim Viegas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Delfim Viegas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st match minute, Restolinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Moreira to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th match minute, Nisa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Martins to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. David Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Restolinho's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Pinheiro came free, but Pedro Pedroso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. David Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delfim Viegas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the game, Vasco Paiva was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Restolinho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nisa FC the free kick. After 31 played minutes Restolinho got a freekick which was hit by Vasco Paiva. 42 minutes into the match, Restolinho's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Maia came free, but Pedro Pedroso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vítor Pinheiro struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Pedro Pedroso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nisa FC. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Maia made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Emanuel Maia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Pedroso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Delfim Viegas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. David Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delfim Viegas in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute, António Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delfim Viegas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. David Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Moreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Amaral having to interfere. David Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delfim Viegas in the 75th minute of play. Nisa FC's David Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delfim Viegas in the 77th minute of play. If Armindo Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Pedroso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Maia in the 81st minute of play. David Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Moreira in the 84th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Daniel Moreira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Restolinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Moreira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Nisa FC's Armindo Vale got a free kick in the 92nd minute. David Amaral came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Restolinho's Delfim Viegas. But to his dismay, Delfim Viegas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Restolinho's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
