After 7 minutes, Viriato Andrade made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. SC Alpiarca's Emílio Lisboa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. SC Teamonde's attack was well implemented in the 12th minute, but when Carlos Faria was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Gil Matos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Baptista having to interfere. SC Teamonde's Tiago Baptista proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save SC Teamonde from getting a goal against them. Oliveira Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Alpiarca's Nuno Lisboa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tiago Baptista. That made the score 2-1 after 18 minutes of play. Emílio Lisboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Faria in the 22nd minute of the match. If Carlos Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When SC Teamonde's Viriato Andrade in 25 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Emílio Lisboa guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 26th minute, Hélder Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gil Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Tiago Baptista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nuno Lisboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiago Baptista having to interfere. After recieving a nice pass, SC Alpiarca's Paulo Paiva tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, SC Teamonde's Vítor Jesus got a free kick in the 38th minute. Gil Matos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, SC Alpiarca's goal looked a bit too open when Viriato Andrade came free, but Emílio Lisboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nuno Lisboa to strike the kick off in the second half. Carlos Faria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emílio Lisboa having to interfere. Amadeu Pinto kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. If Carlos Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute Nuno Lisboa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Baptista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gil Matos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Tiago Baptista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cláudio Coimbra lost his temper 85 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 87th minute there was a penalty for SC Alpiarca. Paulo Paiva stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tiago Baptista. 3-2. In the 93rdth minute of the game Nuno Lisboa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Teamonde's Tiago Baptista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
