Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute Paulo Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 5 played minutes, Atafona's Amílcar Ramos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jorge Esteves came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Atafona reached it. Jorge Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Carvalho, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Jorge Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Atafona's Oliveira Guerreiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Cardoso in the 14th minute of play. Abel Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Abel Cardoso came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Pintado FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abel Cardoso couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute Paulo Carvalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Atafona's zone, Lourenço Abreu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oliveira Guerreiro came out of the goal and Lourenço Abreu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 27 played minutes Atafona got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Santarém. In the 28th minute, Abel Cardoso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Abel Cardoso took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Oliveira Guerreiro to make any attempt to save it. Jorge Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Aguiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armindo Teixeira charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armindo Teixeira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Armindo Teixeira kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paulo Carvalho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gaspar Santarém recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Armindo Teixeira kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Oliveira Guerreiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lourenço Abreu in the 55th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Paulo Carvalho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carlos Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Esteves having to interfere. The supporters of Atafona booed when Pintado FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Moreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Lourenço Jesus sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Pintado FC's Jorge Esteves didn't even have to move. Adelino Santarém's late challenge caught a Pintado FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adelino Santarém helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Atafona got a freekick which was hit by Adelino Santarém. In the 66th match minute, Atafona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Carvalho to maneuver through the defense. If Armindo Teixeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abel Cardoso struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Oliveira Guerreiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pintado FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lourenço Abreu in the 72nd minute of play forced Atafona's goalkeeper Oliveira Guerreiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute of the match, Paulo Carvalho got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jorge Esteves was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 75 minutes into the match, Paulo Carvalho notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Pintado FC's Jorge Esteves. Jorge Esteves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oliveira Guerreiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vítor Paiva, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Paulo Carvalho came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Atafona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulo Carvalho couldn't finish the play. Oliveira Guerreiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Atafona's goal looked a bit too open when Abel Cardoso came free, but Oliveira Guerreiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pintado FC had won after a very even match.
