An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Mota in the 12th minute of play forced Borbolega FC's goalkeeper Heitor Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Porto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Guerreiro in the 13th minute of the match. SC Cavalinhos's Gabriel Porto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Rodrigues in the 16th minute of play. Borbolega FC's Heitor Cunha proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Borbolega FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 21 minutes, Alexandre Guerreiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Borbolega FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandre Guerreiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 28 played minutes SC Cavalinhos got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Pinho. Alexandre Guerreiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Gabriel Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexandre Guerreiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Porto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Mota in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Heitor Cunha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 75 minutes, Simão Morais mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borbolega FC and the SC Cavalinhos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mariano Mota recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. In the 86th minute, Nuno Pinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexandre Guerreiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Borbolega FC's Heitor Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Mota in the 98th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Borbolega FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
