Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd minute António Matias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Sarnado's goal looked a bit too open when Albertino Pinheiro came free, but Jacinto Matias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Daniel Vaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aveleiras FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Vaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Matias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Vaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Matias having to interfere. In the 16th minute, Daniel Vaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastião Baptista charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastião Baptista the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Aveleiras FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Sebastião Baptista hit a great ball. After 23 played minutes, Sarnado's Manuel Correia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joaquim Fonseca came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sarnado reached it. Jacinto Matias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Vaz in the 26th minute of the match. Daniel Vaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Albertino Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Sarnado's zone, Daniel Vaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Matias came out of the goal and Daniel Vaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute, Américo Borba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diogo Delgado kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 51st minute, António Matias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Vaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Sarnado's Bruno Ferreira got a free kick in the 69th minute. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Albertino Pinheiro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Vaz in the 75th minute of play forced Sarnado's goalkeeper Jacinto Matias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Miguel Soares fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aveleiras FC's protests and gave Miguel Soares a yellow card for diving instead. Miguel Soares kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Américo Borba might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquim Fonseca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Américo Borba ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot by Sebastião Baptista from long distance, 83 minutes into the match, got Jacinto Matias's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a little luck, Sarnado's Jacinto Matias got control of the ball when Albertino Pinheiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Albertino Pinheiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aveleiras FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sarnado the free kick. The supporters of Sarnado booed when Aveleiras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertino Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Sarnado's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Vaz came free, but Jacinto Matias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Jacinto Matias successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the referee blew the final whistle, Sarnado could leave the field as winners, despite Aveleiras FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
