If Daniel Carneiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Daniel Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 8th minute, Daniel Carneiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Nogueira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Gueifão in the 9th minute of play. 2-0 became the score in the 17th minute when Cristiano Gueifão elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Daniel Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Adolfo Azevedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiago Luz got free with Fernando Nogueira in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adolfo Azevedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Sá in the 30th minute of the match. Tiago Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adolfo Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Sá, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cristiano Gueifão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano Gueifão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Azevedo having to interfere.

In a very dangerous position, a player in Bolelo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! In the 57th minute Cristiano Gueifão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Nogueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Luz in the 58th minute of play forced Bolelo's goalkeeper Fernando Nogueira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute Cristiano Gueifão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Nogueira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Sá kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adolfo Azevedo. That made the score 3-1 in the 67 minute of play. Cristiano Gueifão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Fernando Nogueira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of SC Acorda booed when Bolelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Correia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Sá struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Adolfo Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bolelo. Bolelo's Fernando Nogueira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Gueifão in the 91st minute of play. SC Acorda's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
