After 32 minutes, David Pedroso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Penteado FC and the Carroqueiro FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Carroqueiro FC's Humberto Antunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Cruz in the 51st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristiano Pereira during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Penteado FC booed when Carroqueiro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristiano Pereira didn't get a good kick on the ball.
