After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Alexandre Abreu managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC Eidos's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandre Abreu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Baptista breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 17 minutes into the match, SC Delongo's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Lopes came free, but Daniel Baptista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luís Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Baptista having to interfere. A collision led to SC Eidos getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Joaquim Carvalho hit a great ball. Gaspar Jesuss short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Filipe Brás to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Joaquim Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, SC Delongo's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Lopes came free, but Daniel Baptista reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexandre Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 40 minutes of play, SC Eidos's Alexandre Abreu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Baptista was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luís Lopes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alexandre Abreu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, SC Eidos's Alexandre Abreu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Daniel Baptista. Daniel Baptista yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. SC Eidos's Luís Lopes got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filipe Brás made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Jesus in the 68th minute of play. If Alexandre Abreu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Alves took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Filipe Brás. SC Eidos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 78 minutes into the game, Alexandre Abreu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Daniel Baptista. Alexandre Abreu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After having played for 94 minutes, Miguel Marques managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Eidos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Marques was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The SC Delongo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SC Eidos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
