Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Domingos Araújo started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Souselas FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gabriel Bessa hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Souselas FC's goalkeeper Pedro Costa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Álvaro Magalhães's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Costa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Domingos Araújo rounded Souselas FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Óscar Marques showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Moutinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. With splendid footwork Jorge Moutinho arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-2 by the left pole in the game's 58th minute. After 60 played minutes Souselas FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Bessa. The audience was convinced that Jorge Moutinho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Óscar Marques was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Gabriel Bessa hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Domingos Araújo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SC Delgada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Domingos Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedro Costa having to interfere. Oliveira Correia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jorge Moutinho came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Souselas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Moutinho couldn't finish the play. Diogo Cunha kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After 92 played minutes Souselas FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Dias. Domingos Araújo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Costa having to make a save.
