Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) André Coelho started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd minute, Catarino Bessa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Francisco Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Copeiro's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Maia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delfim Machado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 8 minutes into the match, Copeiro's goal looked a bit too open when Oliveira Paiva came free, but Gil Valente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gil Maia was extremely unlucky when he, in the 9th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Armindo Brás received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Delfim Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Delfim Machado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armindo Brás in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Copeiro booed when Teloes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliveira Paiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Simão Soares fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Teloes FC's protests and gave Simão Soares a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Teloes FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Simão Soares hit a great ball. If Francisco Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armindo Brás recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Armindo Brás sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oliveira Paiva kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Copeiro's Francisco Maia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Delfim Machado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After the first half Copeiro were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Armindo Brás to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Gil Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teloes FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gil Maia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 54 minutes into the game, Afonso Leiria was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Teloes FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Copeiro the free kick. 54 minutes into the game, one of Teloes FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Copeiro a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Pedro Lisboa, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Teloes FC's Delfim Machado. 0-2. Gil Valente didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gil Maia went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gil Maia in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gil Valente saved Copeiro from getting behind. Copeiro's Armindo Brás got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gil Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Copeiro's Gil Valente played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by André Coelho in the 71st minute of play. Gil Valente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Coelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute.
